Working together with a Fractional CGO to drive sustainable growth

About TK

Building What's Next

I've spent more than 25 years helping organizations grow.

Not just by creating plans, but by helping turn ideas into action.

Over the course of my career, I've worked across industries including wireless communications, recruitment marketing, SaaS, financial services education, and professional services. I've led growth initiatives, built teams, launched services, implemented technology, and helped organizations adapt when the market around them changed.

The common thread has always been the same:

I like building things.

Sometimes that's a strategy.

Sometimes it's a team.

Sometimes it's a new service offering.

Sometimes it's a better way of working.

Today, I serve as Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at Duffy Kruspodin LLP, where my work spans growth, marketing, innovation, AI, service development, and strategic initiatives.

What I Believe

1

Growth isn't a department.

The most successful organizations don't treat growth as the responsibility of one team.

Growth happens when leadership, strategy, marketing, operations, and execution work together.

2

Outside perspectives matter.

Some of the best ideas come from looking beyond your own industry.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work across multiple industries and bring those lessons into new environments, often helping organizations challenge assumptions and think differently.

3

Connect the dots.

Some of the biggest opportunities aren't new ideas.

They're existing ideas that haven't been connected yet.

I've built much of my career helping organizations see those connections and turn them into opportunities.

4

Strategy is important.
Execution is everything.

Ideas are easy. Execution is hard.

The gap between knowing what should be done and actually getting it done is where many organizations struggle.

5

Technology should solve problems.

I've spent much of my career helping organizations evaluate and adopt new technologies. Today, that includes AI.

What interests me isn't the technology itself. It's how organizations learn, adapt, and create value from it.

6

Growth isn't luck

It's built on strategy, structure, and the courage to evolve.

Why ThinkpinTK™

ThinkpinTK™ started as a consulting platform.

Today, it's a place to share ideas, lessons learned, observations, and the occasional challenge to conventional thinking.

It's where I write about growth, innovation, AI, leadership, and the opportunities I see for organizations willing to keep learning, adapting, and building what's next.
